The United States of America U.S.A.

The United States are in the North America, between Canada and Mexico.

In the U.S.A there are 50 states. Alaska and Hawaii are part of the United States, too. The capital is Washington D.C. other famous cities are Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Miami.

The American Flag The American flag is red, white and blue. There are thirteen red and white stripes and fifty stars. The stripes represent the 13 original British colonies of North America. The stars represent its 50 states.

New York It is also called the big apple.You can see the Statue of Liberty here. There are a lot of skyscrapers and a big park, Central Park, in the centre of the town.

Washington D.C. Washington is the capital of the U.S.A. the White House is in this city and the President lives in the White House. The Washington monument is a tall obelisk.

Miami Miami is in the state of Florida. There are a lot of beaches and its usually hot here. Many people in Miami speak Spanish. There is a big harbour with a lot of ships.

San Francisco San Francisco is in the state of California. There is the Golden Gate bridge here. There are Chinese restaurants and shops in Chinatown.

Los Angeles Los Angeles is a world center of business, international trade, entertainment, culture, media, fashion, science, sports, technology, and education.world center

Orlando this city is in Florida. The city is best known for its attractions, particularly Walt Disney World Resort. The famous park was opened in October, 1971.
