Congressional Activities Title VI of the Communications, Consumer’s Choice, and Broadband Deployment Act of 2006 contains the ‘‘Wireless Innovation Act of 2006’’ (‘‘WIN Act of 2006’’) introduced in the Senate Commerce Committee. Allows a certified unlicensed device to use eligible broadcast television frequencies in a manner that protects licensees from harmful interference. Outcome of this legislation is still unknown…..
