Log in page TIPS The Online helpdesk telephone number is displayed at login, if any assistance is required. If you forget your password you can use the link ’Forgot your password’ at the bottom of the log in page. This is the log in page where you will be asked to enter your user name and password.

Personal Portal page TIPS By clicking on the a+ or a++ icon at the top left of the screen you can increase the font size of the booking tool. By clicking on ‘add’ under the favourites area you can add links to some of your most used websites so you can access them directly from the booking tool. Click on my trips to see bookings that you have made with your sign on.

My Trips

Hotel – Online Booking TIPS You can choose to display either future trips, past trips or cancelled trips TIPS Only bookings you have made with your login will be shown in this area.

Upcoming trips will show trips that are still to take place Hotel – Online Booking You can hover over the icons to see if your trip is waiting approval. Where you see an icon indicating an egg timer this means the booking is still pending approval A green tick icon will indicate the booking is active(still to take place) TIPS Upcoming trips will show trips that are still to take place

Hotel – Online Booking TIPS You can display a trip or cancel a full trip TIPS You can cancel a trip fully however if you need to amend a booking please phone the number shown at the top of the page

Hotel – Online Booking TIPS You can choose to display either Past or Cancelled Trips TIPS By hovering over the icons you can see if the booking has been cancelled or is a past trip

Hotel – Online Booking TIPS The sort selector will allow you to amend the display to date ascending or descending order TIPS By clicking on the arrow area you can sort the results by either date ascending or descending order.

Forwarding a Trip to another Approver

Hotel – Online Booking TIPS You can send a request to an additional approver TIPS By clicking on a send request to additional approver this will allow you to forward the booking to another person to approve the booking.
