Slide 2 Step 2: Click on “LOGIN” at the top left hand corner of the CCNY Website, and then click “City Central”

Slide 3 Step 3: You will be brought to the City Central page, click “Login” at the top right hand corner

Slide 4 Step 4: Once you login using your CCNY credentials, click “My CCNY” and select “Exam Accommodation”

Slide5 To bypass Steps 1-4, you will receive notifications of Exam Accommodation requests via e-mail

Slide 6 ! ! Step 5: You will be prompted to log into the portal using CCNY credentials

you will complete the items above Slide 7 ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Step 6: Once you are logged into the exam portal and have clicked on exam notifications, you will complete the items above

through a secure portal, then click “Next” Slide 8 ! ! Step 6 (con’t): Complete the rest of the exam items and upload your exam (PDF format) through a secure portal, then click “Next”

Slide 9 Step 7: You will receive a confirmation once you complete the exam form items, then click “Submit”

Slide 10 Step 8: AccessAbility will confirm the receipt of the exam form along with exam accommodations. Delivery of completed exams will be done through e-mail
