How to Confront - Respectfully Call your Employee Assistance Consultant (if available), Human Resources Department, or Medical Department for consultation and coaching Choose a private setting Identify the behavior(s), not the problem(s) Identify how these behaviors affect us and others Identify consequences Identify feelings Discuss documentation Outline expectations & consequences Be supportive, but expect results!
