Minimum vine age is 45 years. Vines head-pruned, tightly spaced and plowed with mules. Hand-harvested and grapes are triple-selected. 2015 Rioja Classification: First Growth. Wines fermented in open-top oak tanks and filtered, but not fined before bottling. Aged in 100% French oak, considered to be some of the most polished Riojan wines. Wines are elegant and well- balanced, with perfectly integrated acidity and consistently receive scores 90+ points. 25% of fruit is organic. Vines head-pruned, tightly spaced and plowed with mules. Hand-harvested. Grapes are triple-selected: cluster-by- cluster and grape-by-grape. Wines are made solely from native varieties to Rioja. Although aged in neutral French oak barrels, wines are considered to by more ‘classical’ in style and follow the traditional Riojan classification system. Wines are consumer-friendly, round and enjoyable. Perfect by-the-glass and when paired with any type of cuisine. 100% estate-grown fruit. Hand-harvested. Located in southern-most, Atlantic- facing sub-zone of Rías Baixas, named O Rosal. O Rosal is known for its shist-rich soils and white wines of exceptional quality. All wines are aged sur-lees for at least 3 months and fermented with select, native yeast strains. 70% Albariño provides citric notes and roundness, 18% Caíño Blanco with exotic fruit notes and structure, 12% Loureiro producing floral and herbal notes. One bottling for the U.S. resulting in no bottle variation. Founded by famed winemaker Peter Sisseck, owner of Dominio de Pingus. Current winemaker/GM Christian Rey worked under Peter for three years before becoming GM of the estate. Vines planted one mile outside of Ribera del Duero, where a wider breadth of varieties may be planted. Wines are similar to Bordeaux blends, comprising of more than 6 varieties that are blended with a majority of old-vine Tempranillo. Estate is dedicated to organic vine growing and biodynamic winemaking. Wines are seductive, bold and fruit- forward, with notes of spice, tobacco and toasted oak. KEY SELLING POINTS
