Courage The thinking you do to help you face difficulty, danger or pain, and finding the strength to act or to deal with it. Have the courage of your own convictions. This means you act how you believe you should and not be forced to do things because you think others think you should. What you decide to tackle, and how you do that – is up to you.

courage This means we give something a go that makes us feel nervous, or standing up to doing what we believe to be the right thing – even if others are not.
