Objective To effectively and efficiently conserve energy and momentum. To be a true Gator-Hator.

Materials & Design PVC Pipe and Elbows Bucket Gator Sacrifice Orange Duct Tape String - Free Pulleys - Free Scrap Wood – Free (Thanks to Lowe’s trash can) Ball Bearing - Free Spray Paint - Free

Process Ball Bearing released from rest at top Changes direction from pipe onto wooden track. Ball knocks bucket off end of track. Weight of bucket raises the Gator.

Conclusion Direction and Velocities change at first impact (from pipe to track). Momentum and Energy is conserved at second impact (bucket/ball collision). Gator is successfully terminated!!
