The system will close on June 1, 2019. All student record events through the end-of-year date (students residing in a residential facility* on or before May 11, 2019) need to be entered by June 1. Another TAA letter is forthcoming in March reminding districts of this requirement. Districts should make sure facility name, contacts, etc. are updated and accurate to ensure clean roll-over into TSDS system. (one “clean” contact name per facility) * required collection of data for students with disabilities who reside in residential care and treatment facilities (RFs) within the geographic boundaries or jurisdiction of a district.
