WHAT IS GENDER SENSITIZATION Gender sensitization is the process of changing the stereotype mindset of men & women- a mindset that strongly believes that men & women are unequal entities.

PARTICIPATORY METHODOLOGY FOR GENDER SENSITIZATION Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) have been referred as information economizing and optimizing approaches. The experience gained with RRA in early eighties was gradually replaced by PRA in nineties but retained mutual sharing of principles.
