SDMX RI can use the databases

SDMX Converter is more oriented to files?

Different areas different tools?

If we were piloting with different data structures would the choices of Scenario be the same?

If files are already being produced

How should we intervene?

Can changes be only partial?

Would that eventually lead us to the adoption of different Scenarios?

How to change with minimal impact?

Still achieving a different approach?

Are the type of Data Structures currently in use hindering a more valuable use of the validation tools that could extend to all the production chain and not only to the outputs?
