ELA Sessions and Times FSA ELA Writing Component Grade 4 90 Minutes Students may have an additional 30 minutes, if needed. FSA ELA Reading Component Grade 3 160 Minutes 2 Sessions (80 Minutes Each Session) All sessions are administered over two days.
