Friday 11/30/18 Bell Ringer: Understanding vocabulary for a class is an important skill. Give two reasons why it is important to understand vocabulary for science class. Think of ways in which you would need to use the vocabulary. When finished with the bell ringer have your 4 vocab thinking charts (gravity, weight, inertia, Newton’s 1st Law of Motion) out on your desk.

Earth Moon Sun Test Corrections Due Wednesday 12/5 You need to correct if you have a 1 or a 2 on a scoring rubric. Corrections must be done on a separate piece of paper and then stapled to your test. Each correction must include the new answer and an explanation of where you found confirmation that is the correct answer. Example: 2. B – On page pg 14 it says that Earth’s axis is always tilted and the North Pole always points the same direction. So B is the right choice because it shows the Earth halfway through is orbit, which would take 6 months, and still tilted the same direction.
