One Day Introduction to Redesign Are you interested in maximising your resources? Are you interested in motivating your staff to improve work flow for patients and staff? The One Day introduction to Redesign Workshop is an introduction to improvement methodologies, delivered interactively with case studies, practical tools and techniques, which can be utilised in the workplace. Learning Objectives Engage with other healthcare professionals to understand the structure and principles of Redesign Gain an understanding of how Redesign can improve service delivery Learn about maximising resources to improve access to care Acquiring knowledge of the Redesign Concepts: Scoping, Diagnostic, Intervention, Evaluation and Continuous Improvement Phases Who should participate? Anyone who is interested in learning about Redesign and its application to their workplace should participate in the One Day Introduction to Redesign Workshop. This methodology can also be applied to service areas within health such as supply department, radiology, pathology and human resources to reduce waste and improve flow.
