Webinar Objectives Provide update on Peak RC Data Request and Specifications for Data Provision revision – Version 15.0 The Responsible Party section of all Requests have been revised to accurately reflect entities in and out of Peak’s footprint No changes to the data provided if your entity is in Peak’s footprint. Describe next steps

Responsible Parties Peak RC Balancing Authorities (Peak RC BAs) All Western Interconnection Balancing Authorities (All WI BAs) Peak RC Transmission Operators (Peak RC TOPs) All Western Interconnection Transmission Operators (All WI TOPs) All Western Interconnection Reliability Coordinators (All WI RCs) You’ll remember that “current Protection System status” was added to Request 1.12 in version 13.1 to facilitate compliance with IRO-010-2 R1.2.

New Requests 1.15, 4.7 and 7.6 Three new Requests for WI RCs IROL - limit calculation, monitored value and margin calculation (if available) Both the guidance document and Attachment A have been revised.

New Requests 1.15, 4.7 and 7.6 New Request 4.7 For each IROL, the Reliability Coordinator shall provide the following supporting information: Identification and status of the associated Facility (or group of Facilities) that is (are) critical to the derivation of the IROL. The value of the IROL and its associated Tv. The associated Contingency(ies). The type of limitation represented by the IROL (e.g., voltage collapse, angular stability). Both the guidance document and Attachment A have been revised.

New Requests 1.15, 4.7 and 7.6 New Request 7.6 SOL exceedance(s), consistent with the definition in the Peak Reliability SOL Methodology at any facility listed within a Reliability Coordinator Seams Agreement. All entities should continue to send iccp data directly to Peak until Dec 3rd, 2019. 2nd bullet point is what it reads as in the guidance doc

Next Steps Post Draft Version 15.0 on peakrc.com today Comments accepted through April 2, 2019 Peak response to comments posted on peakrc.com by April 12, 2019. Tentative Version 15.0 effective date of July 1, 2019
