ShortSTAK™ Composite Frac Plug Endurance Test (4 hours 36 minutes): A 4-1/2” 15.10# ShortSTAK was set in a piece of casing, then heated to temperature. During this testing the pressure was cycled between 6000 psi and 0 psi, then increased to 10,000 psi. The temperature was increased from 180°F to 250°F during the test. At the end of this 4 hour and 36 minute test the ShortSTAK plug lost only 115 psi on a 32 oz. volume.
