Description of Business

Vision Statement

Mission Statement

Product Ring that attaches to the back of your phone. Quality:High quality aluminum so the ring doesn’t rust or break. Design: The smart ring comes in three different sizes: small, medium, and large. As well as five different colors; silver, gold, rose gold, and white and black. Features: Turns into a yo yo and you can turn the retractable function on and off with a small switch on the side of the ring. Packaging: It will be in a clear package and the inside of the ring the logo will be behind it so you can see it. Kind of how when you buy a phone case and it comes with a fake phone inside. Customer Service: Comes with a 5 year warranty and if your phone breaks while using it we will give you a new one. If you have any questions we have a number on our website where you can ask us any questions at any time.

Price Price: 9.99$-12.99$ Discounting: If you subscribe to our newsletter you’ll get monthly coupons on the different Smart Rings we offer. We also have a semi-annual sale where all the rings are 20% off or buy one get one 40% off. Credit/Cash Purchases: You pay with cash or credit

Promotion Advertising: We will have commercials, ads/accounts on social media to promote our product and tell people what we are offering. Direct Marketing: We do have a website where the customer can directly buy from us, along with asking any questions they have about the product and customer service. Personal Selling: Our company would go to phone conventions to directly talk to the customers and try to sell the product to them. We can also go around to public events and hand out flyers about the product to get it out there. Sales Promotion: We have contests at events to win free Smart Rings, along with going to trade shows and having special offers based on how much you buy.

Place Location of the Business: Online store. Distributors: Our company is the distributor of the product where our head office is located. Logistics: Due to the fact that we are the manufacturers we distribute our own products. If our customer is only buying small amounts of our products we will ship by FedEx but if we are buying a large stock from the store we will use a truck line to ship the products. Potential Use of the Internet: We use the internet a lot for our product to let our customers buy our product as well as tell them where our pop up shops will be located and where our product may be going into stores.
