This week was packed full of pirate fun!  We learned how pirates talk; we read lots of pirate books and completed comprehension and story element activities to go with them. Our favorite was “Pirate Pete.” We wrote an opinion piece about being a pirate after reading Pirates Don’t take Baths, a book about what pirates do and don’t do and made our own special pirate.
