Ways to help me remember things Use a timetable or calendar this will help you remember what to do. Do jobs in small steps. This will help you to remember the steps. Ask people to write things down or say them again. Try to do one thing at a time. B. Anderson 2011

If you are learning something new, you might make a mistake. This is ok!! Stay calm, and try again. Or you can ask someone to help you. If you are learning something new, repeat back what you have learnt to check you have got it right. Give your self plenty of time understand what needs to be done.
