Presentation transcript:

“They Had Been with Jesus” Acts 4:5-14

When we are With Jesus… It will be noticed by others (13) 1 Peter 4:1-4; Matthew 5:13-16 Our confidence will be placed in Christ, not earthly credentials (13) Matthew 10:16-20; 1 Corinthians 2:1-5 We will have boldness in Christ (13) 1 John 5:4-5; Romans 8:37-39 Noticed negatively (think it strange); and positively (glorify God) “ignorant and untrained” (We depend upon God, not self) Boldness to preach and stand as Christians, knowing we have the victory

Conclusion Can people know by our words and our works that we are with (in fellowship with) Jesus?
