Sometimes, even after 2000 miles and three weeks, there are only seconds separating the first and second riders. le maillot vert belongs to the rider who has scored most points in different sections of the stages. The polka dot jersey goes to the best rider in the mountain stages, and the white jersey is awarded to the best rider under the age of 25.
