The terrorist attack in Vratca was scillfully done and left unnoticed by the people present and the authorities In Sofia a criminal terrorist group breaks into a secured institution and steals a container with highly radioactive source (caesium Cs-137) – 21.30 p.m. In a telephone call the terrorist group informs the Monland society that in case Monland expeditionary forces are not driven out from Terrorland by 14.00 p.m. on June 4-th a “dirty bomb” will be blasted in a large town in Monland Following a terrorist threat the Crisis Response System of Monland is set on the alert

General scenario for the town of Montana Car bomb blasts in a terrorist act at the parking lot of “Internazional” hotel – Montana (14.00 p.m. on June 4th) Second terrorist act with a car-bomb at the chemical plant “Neochim” in Montana (14.45 p.m.). Leakage of ammoniac Series of bomb attacks at the base of an active landslide on the left slope of “Ogosta” dam near Montana. High tidal wave, activization of the landslide and black oil flood in “Ogosta” dam (15.30 a.m. on June 4th)
