The division is devoted to studies and education in energy resources and high technologies, which are among the research and educational priorities of Bulgaria.  BSc. students enter the Department at the beginning of the 6-th semester and are educated either in the module “Natural and alternative fuel”.   Masters are educated in “Natural and synthetic fuels” . PhD students are trained in the fields in which the academic staff of the Department has scientific competence - “Technology of natural and synthetic fuels”.
