Employability For Life

From Education to Employment Why do we need to address this issue? Employers are concerned about the standard of the young people coming into employment. Employers are concerned about the standard of the young people coming into employment. To make you aware of what is expected in the working world. How does it work? Pupils will be assessed in 5 categories Pupils will be assessed in 5 categories ATTENDANCE /PUNCTUALITY, APPEARANCE, MOTIVATION, COMMUNICATION and PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT ATTENDANCE /PUNCTUALITY, APPEARANCE, MOTIVATION, COMMUNICATION and PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT Evidence can be from throughout their school life and from activities outside of school (with evidence) Evidence can be from throughout their school life and from activities outside of school (with evidence) For each category pupils will assess themselves as either GOLD, SILVER or BRONZE For each category pupils will assess themselves as either GOLD, SILVER or BRONZE GOLD is worth 8 points, SILVER is worth 5 points and BRONZE is worth 3 points. GOLD is worth 8 points, SILVER is worth 5 points and BRONZE is worth 3 points. Pupils will then be given an overall level of Gold, Silver or Bronze depending on their points total.
