Huddles and Enhanced Care Team Communication Sharad Kohli, MD Director of Clinical Affairs Texas Association of Community Health Centers

Objectives To describe the difference between clinic-wide and care team huddles. To explain how huddles can be effective tools to promote office efficiency, to enhance communication, to facilitate care coordination, and to improve overall patient care. To demonstrate how having a wide array of staff participating in huddles can lead to more comprehensive, holistic care.
