Q4. In the past 6 months have you always been able to get an urgent appointment with a doctor or nurse when you have requested one?

Q5. Please rate on the efficiency of how easily you were able to get each of the following in the past 6 moths, if applicable.

Q6. Do you fine the present system of booking appointment convenient? If you answered No to the above question, what would you improve it for you? It is good but the phone message is very long. Usually have to wait 7 days for an appointment. You need to reduce appointments not attended.

Feedback from our patients I came for holiday vaccinations. The nurse was lovely, very helpful and gave me some good advice! Also my injections didn’t hurt! Thank you. Dr Iqbal is a good doctor- the rest need improvements in being more approachable and understanding. Engaging into a friendly and comfortable level with patient. Always feels rushed, not enough time. In this instance doctor says he has nothing to do with my situation. I find it very disengaging of this doctor. No more appointments with him.
