A close, caring voice. When do you whisper?

Our tender, gentle Lord whispers these words . . .

Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. Isaiah 43:1

Our heavenly Father whispers to us throughout the Bible Our heavenly Father whispers to us throughout the Bible. Hear his words, beloved daughters!
