Example Timeline Event Timeline Within 24-48 Hours After Program: 24-48 Hours before your program: If you requested funding or supplies, be sure to pick up those items (from Terri or the Resource Room) Day of your program: Be sure to set up BEFORE the program starts and clean up after. HAVE FUN!! Three weeks before your program: Decide what supplies are needed for program and submit petty cash/funding request and programming proposal. If you need supplies from the Resource Room, be sure to submit a request! One week before your program: Advertising should be going up- posters, Facebook, word of mouth, etc. This should continue through the day of the program. Four weeks before your program: Brainstorm about what kind of program, for how many people, what day and time is should happen. Example Timeline 4 Weeks Before: 1/15/16 3 Weeks Before: 1/22/16 2 Weeks Before: 1/29/16 1 Week Before: 2/05/16 24-48hrs before date: 2/12/16 Day After Program: 2/13/16 Within 24-48 Hours After Program: Be sure to take down all old advertisements. Be sure to turn in all change and receipts for items purchased. Submit an evaluation for your event and assessments gathered form the event (within 24hrs). Return any supplies borrowed from the Resource Room.
