Patient Preferences for Coronary CT Angiography with Stress Perfusion, SPECT, or Invasive Coronary Angiography Our intraindividual comparison in 16 sites on four continents showed that patients preferred noninvasive cardiac diagnostic tests compared with invasive coronary angiography. 54% of patients preferred coronary CT angiography with stress perfusion imaging, compared with 18% of patients who preferred SPECT and 28% of patients who preferred invasive coronary angiography, p < .001. Geographic differences exist in patient perception of cardiac imaging tests, and these differences should be considered where the diagnostic performance of these different tests is comparable. Images in 62-year-old with normal results. CT perfusion images (top row) obtained during stress show no perfusion abnormalities. SPECT images obtained during stress and rest show normal perfusion (bottom row). Minhas A et al. Published Online: Mar 19, 2019 https://doi.org/10.1148/radiol.2019181409
