IECC 2012 Bottom Line Code Compliance Every new home built will need to be tested with a blower door, have a strategy to stop thermal bridging, need more insulation, a tighter envelope, better windows, tighter ducts, right sized mechanical systems, more efficient lighting and mechanical ventilation.
