Overview Awareness Acceptance Appreciation Adaptation

1. Awareness What’s your problem? What don’t people like about you? What don’t you like about yourself? What weakness are you always trying to fix? How do you wish you were different? What don’t you like to do?

Weaknesses are clues to our strengths 2. Acceptance Weaknesses are clues to our strengths There’s nothing wrong with you. What seems to be wrong with you, is what’s right with you. Frame your uniqueness in a positive way.
