Responding to disclosures or concerns Follow local safeguarding policy and procedures with regard to: contacting and reporting details of disclosure to safeguarding lead recording details of disclosure or concern informing other agencies (eg Social Services, Police) and the child/young person/person’s family maintaining the child/young person/person’s immediate safety.
