Welcome back everyone. I hope you had a good break and that you are well rested and ready for a busy term ahead. Particular good wishes to Third Years who are facing into the period before their mock examinations and a series of assessments in a number of subjects. Remember that as well as a good study plan a good diet, plenty of exercise, some relaxation and around 8 hours sleep each night are all very important to keep stress level down and energy levels up.
