Media Plan

Tell me about the campaign! Our Goal: To determine your path to success 1 Campaign Objectives What brought them to you for a digital ad solution? 2 Previous Campaigns What digital services did they utilize in the past? If so please include any reports or information in an email to Orbit 3 Current Status What’s the current status of the client? Do they currently have an active campaign? 4 Orbit Interactive Services What services do you want to extend to your client?

Media Plan Request The first step is for the representative to request a media plan from Orbit Interactive Orbit Media Plan Request http://orbitinteractive.org/media-plan-request.html Be sure to fill out all the information and any additional information that you might find useful toward reaching the ultimate objective of the campaign The more information the better Once submitted the representative will receive a confirmation email Within 48 business hrs you will receive a media plan

Media Plan If you not get this email, there was likely an error in what you filled out and you need to repeat the steps again.

Media Plan Many of our strategies have tabs within the media plan that expand on any details necessary to run the strategy. Always be sure to review each tab carefully and make any adjustments necessary.

Media Plan 1 Request 2 Receive 3 Review 4 Reply Request the media plan online from the Orbit Interactive website 2 Receive Within 48 business hrs the station will receive the requested media plan 3 Review The station receives the media plan and reviews with client to ensure accuracy. Make any revisions that are necessary 4 Reply Once revised and confirmed the representative is then able to return the media plan labeled ‘FINAL’ to Orbit Interactive and request an insertion order

Next Steps In The Process

Once you have approval of a Final Media Plan Send back that approved plan to Orbit If the plan has changes note those changes and return to Orbit

Insertion Order 1 Request 2 Receive 3 Review 4 Return Once the media plan looks amicable between the station and the client, the station representative will request an IO by returning the media plan labeled ‘FINAL’ 2 Receive Within one business day of the request, the station will receive the requested Insertion Order 3 Review Take the Insertion Order and review internally to ensure accuracy. Make any revisions that are necessary 4 Return Return the signed Insertion Order with creative assets and any back end access to launch the campaign.

Insertion Order The Insertion Order is the document Orbit utilizes to reflect the order between the station and Orbit Interactive Within the comments it will reflect the strategies and any details that pertain to the campaign It is to be signed by the station manager Without the signed IO, Orbit Interactive will not be able to launch the campaign

The Onboarding Process 1 Orbit sends out the IO Orbit Agent will send an unsigned insertion order and a onboarding email to station representative. 2 Signed and Returned The station will have the IO* signed and returned to the Orbit account manager with all requested assets*. *Never send IO to client *Station is responsible for follow up on assets 3 Follow Up Prior to launch the Orbit agent will review with you anything that is potentially missing by email. 4 Launch If everything is in order the campaign will be launched and the reporting login information will be provided. 5 Post Launch Orbit account manager will then schedule a call to review dashboard and campaign with client and rep.

Launch Expectations Display: 2 business days after receipt of all assets SEM: 1 business day after approval of text ads generated by Orbit SEO: 5 business days after we receive proper access to website backend Reputation Management (self service): 1 business day after contact information and location address is provided Reputation Management (full service): Requires arranging a meeting with the client and our team over the phone Facebook: 1 business day after being granted advertiser access to client’s Facebook page

Retargeting/ Conversion Codes

Retargeting/Conversion Code Implementation What is a retargeting/conversion code? Retargeting allows you to target users who have already visited your site. It requires that you place a retargeting pixel on your site page(s). Once you have placed the retargeting pixel code on your page(s), users that have been to those pages will be eligible targets when the retargeting option is chosen for your campaign(s). When retargeting is enabled on a campaign, the media for that publisher will be targeted only towards users who are identified as having your retargeting pixel.

If installed improperly Orbit Agent will provide further guidance
