Reflection After researching Vincent Van Gogh and observing his paintings, he seemed like a very interesting person to interact with. Due to his simply unique style as a painter, he was seen as a weird individual and not very liked throughout his life. He struggled to live normally and the only way he found some true happiness was with painting, but he could not take the pain he endured for so long much more. So, to counter this he shot himself in the chest.
