OBJECTIVES Overview of Scheduled Capitol Complex Projects Review of Various Projects Locations Scopes of Work Construction Sequencing & Operational Impact

Scheduled Capitol Complex Projects

FORUM BUILDING Restroom Renovations Roofing & Rain Leader Replacement Auditorium Upgrades Site Upgrades Scope of Work Renovations to the existing restrooms & adding three new at the auditorium corridor. Redirect the existing rain leaders & abandon the existing in place. Install new rubber roofing. Replace existing auditorium seating and floor finishes. Repair pot holes at the entrance drive to the auditorium. Replace the concrete ramps that access the Ground Level. Partial sidewalk replacement.

FINANCE BUILDING Restroom Renovations Roof Replacement & Repair of Rainwater Leaders Scope of Work Renovation the existing public restrooms. Line the existing rain leaders with an epoxy reinforced resin. Install new rubber roofing. Sidewalk replacement.

RYAN BUILDING Renovations to Skylights, Roof & Windows Scope of Work Replace the main Skylight. Repair roof flashings and roof drains. Refurbish the exterior of the existing windows.

EAST WING of CAPITOL BUILDING Renovations/Improvements Scope of Work Remove/reinstall the granite pavers and stair treads at the Plaza. Demolition/removal of all existing roofing and landscaping. Install new roofing, plantings and irrigation. Repair Skylights Refurbish lollipop light fixtures with LED lighting. Refurbish the existing fountains.
