Process You will have received an initial Notice of estimate However you only need to start paying once we have sent you an invoice This will generally be when works start on site We understand the impact of rising living costs, lifestyle changes and receiving a large invoice A workable solution can usually be found www.homesforharingey.org

Payment Options The terms of your lease require payment to be made quarterly Range of options up to 72 months interest free Additional time may be available with interest This dependent on invoice value and whether you are resident in the property or not If the invoice is above £10,000 you will need to consent to a charge being placed on your property www.homesforharingey.org

Difficulty paying/Assistance Leasehold services have a specialist team of experienced officers They will assess your circumstances and be able to advise you how best to proceed Referral either to a Financial Inclusion Officer, Citizens Advice Bureau, Step change or the Department of work and pensions Your lender may be able to assist w payment We will ‘Hold recovery’ to allow time for solutions 1-1 meetings individually to address complex issues www.homesforharingey.org
