Managemnet Policy Regarding : Consultation with the workers : We have bipartite body in every company to consultation, routine meeting and additional request. Indonesia have ratified ILO convention no : Right to Organize and Collective Bargaining Indonesia: Indonesia have ratified ILO convention no : 87 and adopted in Ind Law No. 98 of 1998 98 adopted Ind Law No. 42 of 1956 Malaysia Haven’t ratified yet, but there is national regulation who guarantee FoA and CB. Means Available Union enforce workers rights Indonesia: Indonesia have an act no 21/2000 that give protection for the workers to organize and collective bargaining. And if the company ignore or violate this right it became a criminal act. And the punishment is fine around 100-500 M and prison sentence from 1 – 5 years. Presentation – IMNEs-IICT-TURIN

Means Avaailable Union enforce workers rights Malaysia: If they have dispute among TU and Management, employee can go to the labor department to solve te dispute. And if they ignore they will punish with fine prison. Presentation – IMNEs-IICT-TURIN

Trade Union Weaknes Indonesia: The act of freedom asociation in Indonesia have a weakness that make Indonesia have around 98 national Trade Union and 4 Confederation. Its not easy to have common issue in national level. That is why employer can form yellow union. Company who have capital usualy bribe labor court (judges) to win their case Presentation – IMNEs-IICT-TURIN
