Discussion on your experiences of health and care services in the area What are your experiences of accessing GP surgeries, pharmacies, hospitals and walk-in centres in the local area (as a service user, carer or parent)?   When improving inpatient facilities and the quality of care, what would be important to you and what would be your concerns? What are your experiences of using CAHMS?

Discussion on your experiences of health and care services in the area What is more important to you when choosing where to go for your care and do you have enough information to make an informed decision?   How do you feel about alternative approaches to face-to-face care such as telephone advice and support including email, online or Skype (as a service user, carer or parent)? What would you need to make this work for you as a patient? What could be done to raise awareness of ‘hidden disabilities’ in health services?

Thank you very much for listening. Questions? Thank you very much for listening.
