Surgical Education Laboratory Meeting (SELM) Agenda usually consistent in content with frequent updates as calendar indicates or issues arise Ongoing going projects include Hours issues Grand Rounds Resident Teaching Conference New Innovations Upcoming resident applications, interviews, reviews Mock orals Beginning of year and End of year arrangements

Surgical Education Laboratory Meeting (SELM) Provides opportunity for residents to involve themselves with Surgical Education Provides opportunity to evaluate as a possible career Positive role models and understanding of role of Program Director and Coordinators.
