Eligible sectors 1. Fruits & Vegetables processing 2. Milk processing 3. Meat / poultry/ fish processing 4. Ready to eat / ready to cook 5. Grains / pulses, oil seed milling and processing based on modern technology 6. Modern rice milling 7. Other agri - horti products – spices, coconut,soybeen, mushroom processing, honey processing etc., 8. Fruits / honey based wines 9. Natural food flavours, food additives / food extract & color, oleresins (not synthetic), guar gum, cocoa 10. Processing plants that makes food products fit for human and animal consumption to be set up in Mega Food Parks Eligible criteria Promoter share should be 20% Minimum 20% of loan Loan sanction should be after the date of advertisement of EoI Commercial production should not be prior submission of application to the ministry Project cost should be more than Rs. 3 crore Same applicant apply two more proposals, previous project have successfully completed one year before
