2017 HUFS∙YTN Middle and High School Student English Debating Contest - Agreement on the Compliance of Contest Rules and the Results of the Judges All participants and their guardians (parent) verify that they will sign on the 「Participant and Guardian (Parent) Agreement」 to apply for the contest while also agreeing to comply with the rules of the contest and the results of the judges. 1. Participant's Agreement   I, the Participant, hereby agree to the following conditions: ① I confirm that I have explained to the parent/guardian the participation of this contest, and the parent/guardian has agreed to this, ② I confirm that I have explained to the parent/guardian the principles, commitment, procedures and judging process described on the home page, and the parent/guardian has agreed to this. ③ I Acknowledge and have thorough knowledge of the procedures of this contest and the rules and regulations of the judging process, and further agree not to make any claims either legal or in any other form against the above under any and all circumstances. ④ I agree that if I do not follow the procedures of this contest and the results of the judges, I and my guardian(parent) will fully comply with any punishment for violation of the stated procedures. ⑤ I pledge that I will comply with the contest's rules and regulations that 「all participants should complete prequalification (5 rounds) and cannot give up」 2. Parent/Guardian's Agreement   I, the Guardian (Parent), hereby agree to the following conditions: ① I agree that my child (or the participant under my guardianship) will participate in this contest. ② I pledge that I fully understand the principles, commitment, procedures and judging process described on the home page, and further agree not to make any claims either legal or in any other form against the above under any and all circumstances. ③ I agree that if I do not follow the procedures of this contest and the results of the judges I and my child (or the participant under my guardianship) will fully comply with any punishment for violation of the stated procedures. ④ I, as the Guardian (Parent) will comply with the contest's rules and regulations that 「all participants should complete prequalification (5 rounds) and cannot give up」 for the participant.
