Flow Migration Availability

State Node 2 Flow Migration Current CDX Node: Enhanced to support basic Node V2.0 messages. From State Nodes From National System Nodes All Exchange Network National System Flows become available to States via Node 2.0 messages at the same time. Timeframe: September 30 , 2008
