How can I participate? What are the 12 initiatives being addressed? How will my work environment improve? What is the schedule for implementation? Will our current EBA culture change? Questions

What is a Strategic Plan? A Strategic Plan is an organization's road map to define Company strategy and future direction and is used to make decisions on the use of resources to pursue the company vision including the allocation of financial and human resources to develop action plans for initiatives to achieve sustainable company growth. (3 to 5 year time horizon)

EBA Strategic Plan Vision – Where we want to go Goals – Measurement of Vision accomplishments Initiatives - Issues requiring changes to achieve goals Action Plans – Work efforts to implement goals/ vision

Why update the current plan? Sustained growth to over 250 employees Transition to a medium sized prime consultant Need strategic direction to sustain future growth Need for company policy consistency/uniformity QA/QC for better project management/service Provide updated employee input Current plan is 5 years old (from 2010)

What are the expected outcomes of the plan ? Improved Management / Leadership Improved Internal Processes and Communications Documentation of Policies and Procedures Expanded Marketing Programs Improved Budgeting and Financial Planning Sustainable Financial Health and Growth Cutting Edge Technology Deployed Better Informed / Trained Employees Improved Employee Empowerment/Recognition

How will we achieve success? Leadership Commitment to Plan and Process Opportunities for involvement of all EBA employees Input from employee focus groups - Administrative - Technical - Management and Officers Use of employee Core, Review and Implementation Teams Early identification of Quick Fix projects

How can I participate? Review Strategic Plan Report and initiatives Determine initiatives you want to participate in Discuss with supervisor and the initiative champion Teams to be established for each initiative are: - Core team - Review team - Implementation team Support the process and implement action plans

How will my work environment improve? Company Vision and Strategic Plan for future growth Improved internal/external communications Improved project management and QA/QC processes Improved policy and procedures documentation More employee participation/empowerment opportunities Improved technology and employee training Challenging new work/employee recognition Continued job growth/security

What is the schedule for SP implementation? SP Initiative Kickoff - Jan/Feb 2015 Work concurrently on 8 initiatives Three to start July 2015 and one to start Jan 2016 Complete Action Plans – Jan 2016 Action Plan Approvals – Early 2016 Action Plan Implementation - Mid 2016 to 2017 Measure Effectiveness of Action Plans – 2017/18 Identify need for additional work – 2018 *Note: Quick Fix projects will be identified and implemented throughout the process.

Will EBA culture change? Great EBA characteristics to be maintained Family culture – casual and personal Employee friendly policies Great people to work with Maintain customer intimacy business model Willingness to grow / explore new areas Diversified capabilities and clients Staff diversity Good staff retention Profitability
