Objectives – Development resources Coaching and player development separate functions but linked by the vision Board positions defined and people held accountable Coaching Performance Standards Define and hold to Expertise Applicable certification/training Philosophy of development first Coaching curriculum must be adhered to Tie in development with the AWYSL league Parent education Help parents understand the program Gain parental commitment to the program
