People of the Planet: Aid Goat Aid What is Goat Aid? Which charity runs Goat Aid and how much does it cost? What are the advantages of Goat Aid? Is it sustainable? How does Goat Aid help to economically develop a country? The influence upon the country’s economic development overall is limited although bottom up aid development does support communities with food security and employment. The income generated is small and kept within the local community to be reinvested for example in education. There is little contribution to Ethiopia’s GNP and there are no products for export to boost the country’s trade. What are the disadvantages of Goat Aid?
