Borgo Miucia

Borgo Miucia is in an area with a particular charm, thanks to mild climate which is maintained all year round. The complex has approximately 2,000 m2 of covered floor area divided in two main nuclei. First and most evocative one is constituted from the villa spread over three floors, and also warehouses and stables to which they have been placed side by side manufactured to or two elevations today in state of ruins but that originally the warehouses and the stables for the horses had to accommodate the house of the factors.

The property has approximately 40 hectares of biological agricultural land made up of : 40,000 mq of olive grove producing oil IGP Val di Noto. 5.000 mq of vineyard producing Nero d' Avola for domestic use, 10.000 mq of mixed orchard, 5.500 mq of greenhouses and 10.000 mq of hazelnuts trees. There is also 600 mq of figs variety d' India and 200.000 mq of cultivated land (fennel, courgettes, lettuce, artichokes and mixed vegetables) land. Borgo Miucia is situated just 1 km from the city of Ispica and only 10 km from the sea at Pozzallo.
