Reminders Timelines – Orientation, Pre/Post Conferences, End of Year Conference, etc. Please make sure everyone is certified Late hires/second semester Transparency – Provide timelines, orientation, expectations, etc.

Supporting the Appraisal System Center for Leadership Excellence will provide: New Teacher Orientation T-TESS/T-PESS refresher trainings (for adm & teachers) Additional SLO training/support Impact Coaching/Feedback training Leadership training (PLCs, Instructional Rounds, Leading Differentiated Instruction, etc.) Call 956-984-6038 for price fees/schedule dates/call to reserve dates ASAP.
