Welcome to sixth grade! 08/01/2017 Beginning of Class Procedures: Come in quietly and find a seat. You will be assigned a seat later. Unload your backpack. You can NOT take it with you. You will leave it here and get it before 6th period. Go get your breakfast NOW. Do not wait. Breakfast is over at 9:15. First period will begin immediately after announcements. We will take you to your connections the first week of school. Write down the schedule on the inside of your agenda. First & Second periods will be assigned to you later. Seventh period = Homeroom (There isn’t a 7th period.) If you are not eating, you must read something of your choice. Help yourself to the books on the bookshelf. HOMEROOM = SILENCE

Connections Schedule – Week One 07/31/17 Thursday: 1st – Art 2nd – Chorus Friday - 1st & 2nd – J-Code Talks in the Theater and the Theater can get COLD, so bring a jacket! You will later decide which connections you like and then you will have those permanently as your 1st & 2nd connection classes. Monday: 1st – Read 180 2nd – Health/PE Tuesday: 1st – STEM 2nd – Math Connection Wednesday: 1st – Orchestra 2nd – Band
