Clinical Skills Facilitators The Clinical Skills Facilitators work within the Faculty to assist academics in the delivery of a range of Clinical Skills. These sessions are designed to help students link theory to Clinical practice. Really important to have current practitioners to ensure students see this is ‘real’ world stuff.
Sarah’s Experience Clinical Background as an OT Opportunity to see if teaching was what I wanted. Secondment. One academic year, one day per week. Flexible, but secure ( no job change, no pay drop) Led to other opportunities
